The part was cheap but there were 2 parts the same price but different parts #, I called to get help but the waiting to talk to someone is very long and eventually it disconnect you. I gamble and order the 1st part listed - it worked.

I also have question with other stuff but it is impossible to talk to someone in their 800 #'s but I submitted my question via the internet and I got the answer quickly.

The shipping that I paid for the item was cheap like $5 but I have to shipped the core back - it cost me $25 to ship it back ... it would be really nice if we ( the customers ) can pre-paid the return label at their cost so that we can also save money. So we pre-paid for the return shipping label at the time of the transaction, once the core needs to be return we put the label and ship it back to you. It will be a win-win for all of us since you get better rate because of the amount of shipping to do daily.
