For machines that are respected for fuel efficiency, performance and dependability, car lovers count on Ford. Since you chose a Ford, you have nice upholstery and also the craftsmanship that this great company is known for. All the high-end drivers understand how to focus on the raw performance of their Ford Mustang by upgrading to high-end car parts. Ford creates vehicles which are made to ensure high-end performance, which means that the Mustang simply doesn't deliver as designed without the right high-performance parts. Fast-lane curve-huggers, like your high-toned Ford Mustang, were built to be pushed to the limit, and then given a maintenance pass. Your Ford was assembled with care and expertise; it ought to have new replacement or OEM components with the same top level of quality. Generally the clutch is a durable system, after heavy use the internal components can stop functioning and need replacement. A functional Ford Mustang Clutch helps the driver switch gears by utilizing the engine's flywheel and a clutch plate; when the clutch pedal is depressed, the flywheel and clutch plate move apart, disengaging the vehicle's motor from the wheels which allows it to run without turning the wheels. Ford Mustang Clutches allow the transmission to select different gears by temporarily unhooking the car or truck's transmission from its motor. If you purchased that high-performance car or truck for its superb engine power and performance, support your decision and buy outstanding replacement parts. Drivers who love optimized car or trucks know that absolutely nothing is more crucial than putting in the most durable aftermarket parts and accessories. We offer all the parts and accessories you want to keep your car or truck humming along for years. A great way to protect any car or truck's reliability is with our quality parts and exceptional customer support. The Ford is a wonderful thing; keep it purring with our collection of dependable automotive parts from www.partsgeek.com.

Research on Clutch for Ford Mustang
There are not many cars which have captured the American heart as much as the Ford Mustang. It is easily recognizable, and many people have dreamed about owning one. There are many parts to this automobile, and it is important for Ford Mustang owners to make sure they maintain and replace parts on their vehicle. One of these parts is the Ford Mustang clutch. Many drivers do not know all the work a clutch does to keep the car running smoothly. The clutch has the important job of sending power from the engine to other parts of the car, especially the wheels. The clutch can either be disengaged or engaged. When the clutch is engaged, it is supplying power to the wheels. When the clutch is disengaged, no power is being sent to the wheels. This might seem like a simple explanation, but it is the main gist of what is happening when a car owner uses his or her Ford Mustang clutch.
Issues with a Ford Mustang Clutch
The Ford Mustang clutch can become worn when the car owner does not properly maintain it. This can be due to too much force. Over time this can cause a burning smell and destroy the components of the clutch. The clutch can also stick at times. There are different reasons for a sticking clutch and it might be due to a Mustang clutch cable become worn. Slippage can be a problem with the Ford Mustang clutch. Broken clutches can produce weird Mustang clutch chatter. Noisy clutches produce whiny, thumping or crunching sounds. This should be investigated as soon as possible and the clutch replaced.
The Different Parts of the Mustang Clutch
Each Mustang performance clutch will have a distinct design, so Ford Mustang owners should not purchase a clutch for other makes or models. The clutch is a combination of smaller parts such as the flywheel, studs and the clutch disc. The flywheel attaches to the engine, and it is joined to the clutch plate by the pressure plate. These are the components of the clutch where the most force and pressure is exerted. Other components of the clutch include the diaphragm spring and some studs. The clutch bearing is also a component, and it is responsible for noise reduction. Other components to be aware of are the gearbox and the Ford Mustang clutch fork. This release fork sends a force to the pressure plate. There is also the housing which covers all of these components.
The Costs of Ford Mustang Clutch Replacement
Clutch replacement might set you back a lot of money. For example, buyers may pay between $600 to $1000 for clutch replacement on a 2015 model. This price does have labor and parts included. A professional mechanic will be able to investigate what needs to be replaced.

valeo clutches were used by ford as an OEM part when these cars were built back in the early eighties, so I have a good idea of the quality of these parts, - VALEO CLUTCH KIT
Everything was in the kit including a little packet of grease for the tranny input shaft. I thought the flywheel was heavier than the OEM one as well. It fixed my problem........oh and the pedal is so much lighter now.Just bolted it in and done.
