Fit and worked perfectly. Harder to get the old one out than install the new one.

It didn't fit right at first The notch was missing and I had to cut a notch into the part for it to fit and the holes to attach the hoist to my truck were not threaded had to buy the tool to cut the threads so I could attach it to my truck

I purchase this item as a "direct fit" for my 2000 F-350. Aside from needing new bolts & nuts (the old hoist had the nuts welded to the base) everything fit as described at a price cheaper than a replacement OEM part.
