Purchase was easy and order shipped fast. Exactly what I was looking for.
To replace the ignition switch you must drop the entire ignition assembly (ignition switch and key lock). Part of the process was removing sheared bolts (bolts with no head) that require tapping out hence they are not reusable. I went to my local auto parts stores and could only find the switch. You need rhe the clamp and shear bolts also no store in MD sold the complete set......PartGeek to the rescue!!!!
It arrived early and complete but here is what won me over...with shipping included it still was cheaper that buying at Autozone or Advanced (they wanted $56 for just the switch)
This is the 1st time I've ordered a car part over the internet. Normally, I buy my parts locally at Auto Zone or Orielly's. I was pleasantly surprised on the item quality and speedy mailing from Geek's Parts.
