A/C Condenser Reviews - 1995 Ford Explorer
UAC | CN4628PFC

Arrived within 3 days of order. Fit almost perfect except the right pressure exit tube swung about 2 inches out more then the OEM. There was a vehicle bracket in the way that I had to cut off with a reciprocating saw to make the condenser fit. Didn't look like the bracket was really needed; just extra support for the condenser bottom tray. I can make another with a steel strap if needed later but at this point the condenser is solidly mounted so I don't think so. The OEM condenser was not leaking but since I was replacing the compressor and had already replaced evaporator, dryer, and expansion valve it was the only thing left on the 22 year old system. Sometimes with vehicle that old you have to be creative with replacement part fit. In this case, only a little and happy for the new part for a 22 year old vehicle. System charged with 134A (OEM, not converted), 48F out the vent so the condenser is doing great as part of the system.
