Pleasantly surprised by the service. Part showed up at my door right on time. Wasn't sure about that as your customer communication could be better. A shipping confirmation and tracking number would be nice. Other than that, the right part at a great price, what could be better?

Never received before Saturday as paid for in shipping due to horrible ups service. Called ups and spoke to supervisor Maggie and was told shipping refund is due to you in next billing cycle. I expect to see that refund back to me due to hardship of delay of getting car repaired 1 week earlier than it did due to delay in shipping. Please stop using ups for delivery for me if I ever shop there again.
