An APA/URO Parts Antenna Mast will fit Jaguar XJ8s with model years 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003. If your Antenna Mast breaks, your antenna may no longer function and your antenna mast will need to be replaced. An Antenna Mast is attached on the exterior of the vehicle and can be straight, expanding, or electrically-powered to extend when the radio is powered on. The Antenna Mast is a skinny metal rod, on occasion covered in plastic, which assists the vehicle's radio signal strength by raising the antenna. Getting an exceptional Antenna Mast enables you to have better reception, and also to receive radio waves from farther away. Your Antenna Mast receives the radio wave and delivers it to your automobile in order to pick up radio waves that are being transmitted. Jaguar XJ8s from 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 are compatible with this Antenna Mast. Other vehicles probably will not be compatible, so this Antenna Mast should not be installed in those models.
