2000-2004 Toyota Tacoma Oxygen Sensor - Downstream - Denso 234-4189
This Denso oxygen sensor should be installed on 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, or 2004 Toyota Tacoma trucks. This sensor is a downstream oxygen sensor for use in the exhaust system. It measures that amount of oxygen in the exhaust and sends the information to the engine control unit, which adjusts the air to fuel ratio as needed. This oxygen sensor has been constructed to original equipment standards and is made with high quality materials. A stainless steel housing surrounds a PTFE filter and aluminum oxide trap layer. Installation of this oxygen sensor is easy, and this part is approved for use on vehicles in California. To ensure that this oxygen sensor is compatible with the exhaust system, install it on Toyota Tacoma trucks made from 2000 to 2004.
Excellent service. Correct as ordered.
O2 sensor worked. Passed my emissions. Nice.
Got my part in three days, installed easily and resolved my check engine light problem.
Thanks for sending this out so quickly. Was able to install it the next day. Thanks!
I ordered this part hoping it would fix the check engine light on my 2001 tacoma...it did just that. I ordered it...took just a few days to get to my house and bam...all fixed. It's the front oxygen sensor, just plug and play with the OEM equipment.
The product was exact fit and had no problems with the Denso Oxygen Sensor 234-4189, but when I purchase the unit it said nothing about coming with a gasket. So I purchase a Dorman Oxygen Sensor gasket along with the sensor. The
Denso Oxygen Sensor 234-4189 comes with a gasket.
