Compatible with vehicles driven by a 2.2 liter 4-cylinder engine, the 2000-2002 Chevrolet S10 Fuel Pump from Airtex is supplied in new condition and operates off of the vehicle's electrical system. The fuel pump includes a fuel sending unit and is constructed to equal the performance of the part it replaces. Old pumps may not operate at the same capacity as they once did, affecting fuel efficiency and engine performance; the vehicle may not run at all if the pump fails. Performance issues related to fuel distribution are eliminated once the new product is installed.
