The part that I ordered was broken in shipping due to not being packed properly. It took me some time to make contact with the vendor, including several phone calls and emails. On the initial contact, I arranged to ship the damaged one back, but the person I talked to did not mention anything about getting a replacement. It took another call to determine how to get a new parts shipped to me. The replacement part arrived yesterday and I installed it on my car. Now, I am waiting for instructions on where to ship the used part I removed from my car to get my core deposit credited to my account.

Got parts at good price, cheaper than the local parts store and no taxes, that's great. I did not mind the wait for the part, and they arrive with in a week. I'm going to use them again for sure. ...
