Before the Saab 9-5, there was the Saab 9000 – the first full-sized “executive sedan” built by the Swedish company that was first a manufacturer of jet aircraft. The last Saab 9000 was sold in the U.S. in 1998, but there are still quite of few of these finely-engineered vehicles on the road. Perhaps you own one yourself. If so, you understand the importance of proper maintenance. The Saab 9000, “born from jets,” is a remarkable machine, but it won't stay that way by itself. Make sure that when shocks and struts begin to wear or spark plugs begin to foul that they are replaced with high-quality components as recommended by the manufacturer.
