A magic genie doesn't make the power window system work. A genuine LS400 window motor does. The LS400 Lexus window motor is a small electrical device activating a worm gear reduction mechanism. The LS400 Lexus window motor runs off the serpentine belt. It sends out a 12-volt electrical current that goes directly to the window regulator that moves the glass up or down depending on the amount of reduction going from four to 12 volts.
