Nissan Pickup Replacement Throttle Position Sensor Information

Your car or truck's Nissan Pickup Throttle Position Sensor is in the engine compartment and is normally positioned on the spindle that holds the butterfly valve so it can easily scan the angle of the throttle valve. The Throttle Position Sensor senses data concerning the valve in the throttle inside a vehicle's motor and relays it to the computer. A Throttle Position Sensor applies changing amounts of resistance to the butterfly valve, which lets it monitor the valve position with great accuracy. Evidence of a bad Throttle Position Sensor might include rough driving, surging while idling, stalling and hesitation and changes to engine speed while in use.
They are available for the following Nissan Pickup years: 1997, 1996, 1995, 97, 96, 95. This part is also sometimes called Nissan Pickup Engine TPS.
