Chrysler Pacifica Replacement Sway Bar Link Information
The sway bar is part of your Chrysler Pacifica's suspension system. It protects your vehicle from rolling over when you drive quickly around corners. The sway bar is a steel tube that connects the ends of your front and rear suspensions, keeping the inside of the wheels on the ground when you're turning your car. Your sway bar bolts to your Chrysler Pacifica by means of the sway bar link. On the end opposite the bolt sits the rubber bushing and nut, which gives the sway bar its play. You can buy a replacement sway bar link for your Chrysler Pacifica at PartsGeek.com.
The rubber bushing on the sway bar link corrodes over time. The sway bar link can also bend or break from heavy usage. If the sway bar link is defective, the sway bar itself will not sit correctly in the undercarriage.
