The Mercedes 300TD is a rare and unique vehicle, Mercedes' designed this vehicle as a high end turbo-diesel estate-wagon. This vehicle's suspension system consists of shock absorbers in the rear and struts in front. Each front-end strut is anchored to the vehicle through the use of a device called a strut mount, which can be seen by opening the hood and looking where the top of the struts are connected to the vehicle body.
