Nissan 280ZX Replacement Heater Core Information
The Nissan 280ZX is a sports car was popular while it was in production but has been taken off the market. This can make finding parts difficult because the cars are not being made anymore. The heater core for the 280ZX is an essential part of the cooling system as well as the cabin heater. This component is located under the dashboard of the car and is made of metal tubes and fans. Hot coolant passes through the heater core and gives off heat. The fan on the heater core sends the air through the cabin filter and then into the car when the heat is turned on. This helps the engine cool down faster and provides warm air for the driver and passengers. Damaged heater cores can lead to engine problems and issues with the air conditioner.
