Toyota Tacoma Replacement Flywheel Information
When you need to shift gears, you have to be able to connect and disconnect the transmission from the engine. This is where the flywheel comes it.
The clutch plate connects to the flywheel, which connects to the engine, but if the flywheel has become worn, it will be able to connect to the clutch plate. Check the clutch plate, too, for signs of wear.
