On the initial contact, I arranged to ship the damaged one back, but the person I talked to did not mention anything about getting a replacement. It took another call to determine how to get a new parts shipped to me. The replacement part arrived yesterday and I installed it on my car. Now, I am waiting for instructions on where to ship the used part I removed from my car to get my core deposit credited to my account.
