Great communication via e-mail, and also got the parts in time. Good service and will do business with them again. It would be nice to say on their website, like how many spark plugs are required for a specific model.
This company came through when no one else could. The parts were here on time and were exactly what was needed. I did find it difficult to determine if I was buying the right part based on the information. Maybe better pics would help. Also, for the shipping cost I thought it might at least come in a box rather than saran wrap. Overall a great experience though - would definately use again.
