Nissan 280Z Replacement Brake Rotors Information
The Nissan 280Z was a popular sport car that was designed to handle anything on the road. Sports cars rely on parts, such as the breaks, that are required to operate under extreme conditions. Brakes keep drivers safe on the road and sports cars need to have brakes that can stop the car from top speeds. Disc brakes are used in modern cars and these brakes do not work without brake rotors. Rotors are easy to spot because they are a large piece located inside the hub of the wheel.
Brake rotors are thick pieces of steel that are rounded out to sit in the tire. Pads are located on either side of the rotors to stop the car. Rotors receive a lot of wear and tear in daily use and will need replacing eventually. Rotors should be checked when the brake pads are replaced to keep them up to date.
