Lexus LX450 Replacement Brake Rotors Information
Lexus is known around the world for making quality luxury automobiles. One sport utility vehicle that Lexus produced was the LX450. This car came out in 1996 and was sold in several countries. Sport utility vehicles like the LX450 are designed to haul heavy loads while providing comfort for the drivers. This makes braking very important to the design. The LX450 would not run well without fresh brake rotors to help the vehicle stop.
Brake rotors are simple but essential pieces made of rounded metal. They are thick and generally have holes to dissipate heat. The rotors are housed inside the hub of the wheel and interact with the brake pads to stop the car.
