Notes: AL 65X - 70 Amp Some early versions now use this later model alternator. Installation of old pulley on new unit may require the removal of spacer on front shaft. No woodruff key is used. A 22mm wrench and a 8mm Allen wrench is used to torque nut to 70 + or - 5 Nm.
Detailed Notes: The shaft on this alternator is shorter than described in the Blue Picture book Bosch has avail. By using the current Pulley version #103 155 02 15, the shorter shaft should work fine.
