Lexus RX350 Replacement AC Compressor Information
When it gets hot outside, you want nothing more than comfort as you go about your travels. When you climb into your Lexus RX350, you should be able to count on the AC compressor to make the cabin temperature comfortable, so your travels will not be filled with sweat.
The AC compressor is the main component of your cabin cooling system. It works similar to a home air conditioning unit. Cooled refrigerant is siphoned from the evaporator to the AC compressor. This cool refrigerant attracts the hot, stifling air from your cabin. That hot air slightly heats the refrigerant which is then fed into the highly pressurized AC compressor. The pressure in the AC compressor turns the cool liquid into a warm gas. That gas is sent to your Lexus RX305's condenser where it is turned back into a cool liquid and fed once again into the AC compressor.
