Chevrolet Astro Replacement ABS Speed Sensor Information
Solid concepts and manufacturing excellence are hallmarks of the Chevrolet family of cars. Street safety should be your first concern; modern safety devices are a significant part of the solution. Without question, the most important part in a car's construction is the safety components. Because Chevrolet Astro ABS Speed Sensor failures can cause up to about three-quarters of warning light worries, it's a smart option to repair them with dependable are contaminated by dust When one specific wheel is rotating at a different speed than the rest, the ABS Speed Sensor tells the ABS controller to take over and correct the level of braking. Your car or truck's system of ABS brakes engages an ABS Speed Sensor which consists of a coil and a magnet and a toothed sensor ring; if one or the other system is broken, the whole ABS speed sensor should be replaced. Your ABS Speed Sensor will allow you to brake safely in rainy weather conditions which may lead to loss of braking. The ABS Speed Sensor is located at the wheel hubs and measures the rotation of the tire to assess whether or not the brake computer should override the manual braking.
