This blower motor resistor from Behr is for use on 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000 BMW 528i vehicles. The blower motor resistor allows for the air coming into the cabin to be forced at varying speeds. If the fan for the air conditioner or heater does not blow at low or medium speeds, the resistor may need to be replaced. This blower motor resistor may be installed on BMW 528i vehicles made in 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000. It may not be compatible with the cabin comfort system of other vehicles.
