Hatch Strut Reviews - 2004 Toyota Sienna
Rhino Pac | 6140

Only installed them a few days ago, but they seem to work great. Went on with very little trouble in only a few minutes. Amazed how easy it was to install them.

Struts worked perfectly, installed easy.

One difficulty I had was the spring clips that hold the struts to the ball mounts: I wasn't sure if I needed to take the clips completely off, but learned quickly not to do that. So I learned on the first ball/socket not to pry it up too far as it will bend out the clip too much and it won't grab the ball completely. Pry up the clip just enough on the new one to slide the socket on the ball. This wasn't real clear in the instruction. Once in place, strut works great and a a lot cheaper than the $500 the Toyota dealership wanted to charge to install new ones!
