Notes: Standard - Late Late style bearing with two 2.0mm tabs.

Notes: Standard - Early Due to a running production change in the classification of main bearings, M 20 engines may have this early style bearing which has a 2.9 mm tab on shells fitting into the bearing cap. If cap has a bearing with a 2.0 mm tab and or two 2.0 mm tabs and two crescent shaped oil grooves it will require a later style main bearing set. As these bearings are different in design, the new style will retro-fit to the old but old style will not fit later design. Customer must determine style fitted to engine accordingly.
