Detailed Notes: This is a watercooled alternater and comes with a black seal around it to prevent leakage when bolted to the engine. All Bosch Alternators comes with this seal already imbedded in it. Bosch does not carry extra seals. If you need a replacement seal; see Dealer OE# 12 31 1 435 277
