Notes: Normal Replacement This head gasket should be used for normal head gasket replacement. Please refer to Honda service bulletin 97-047. It advises that if the head gasket is not leaking and is being changed for other reasons, this is the correct replacement gasket. If the head gasket is being replaced because of leakage, use gasket #12251-P01-004 along with special head bolts (90005-PM3-004, 10 bolts required). Refer to the service bulletin for additional installation instructions for gasket #12251-P01-004.
