1992 Volvo 940 Extension Housing Bushing

Notes: Problems with the installation of this part are usually due to failure to follow proper repair procedures. Use only a bushing extractor (NEVER A CHISEL!!!) to remove the old bushing. Measure the inside diameter of the housing (it should be 0.004"-0.005" smaller that the O/D of the bush for proper crush). Gently use a brake cylinder hone to enlarge the housing I/D if necessary. Install the new bushing only with the proper bushing driver! NEVER, EVER, USE A HAMMER & SOCKET TO INSTALL THIS BUSHING!!!
