Notes: This head bolt should be used during normal head gasket replacement. Please refer to Honda service bulletin 97-047 for additional info. It advises that if the head gasket is not leaking and is being changed for other reasons, this is the correct head bolt. If the head gasket is being replaced because of leakage, use special 90005-PM3-004 head bolts along with head gasket #12251-P01-004. Refer to the service bulletin for additional installation instructions for gasket #12251-P01-004.
