Notes: Tappet 3.8,4.2,5.3 Liter Engine These tappets are aprox .015 thicker than OE tappets. This can/may create a challenge when shimming the valves for correct/proper clearance. With this "oversize" circumstance in mind these tappets do work, however the "Std" size tappet is prefered. * We are currently attempting to source "Std" size tappets. 12/97 dk
