AUTOMOTIVE PARTS INBOUND PHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Part Time) - We are hiring a Phone Sales person to work from our new Wall office (3 days per week) and the comfort of their home (Thurs and Fri) to sell Auto Parts.  You need to have high-speed internet connection (DSL or Cable).  Customer Service and friendliness are the # 1 asset we are seeking.  Knowledge of auto parts is a bonus, but hardly necessary. We will train the right person.  Our Sales reps, both new and experienced earn between $10 - $16 per hour. 1. Pay consists of a 30+ day guarantee training salary of $10 per hour. (All of our reps are paid the same way, and 5% is the highest you will find anywhere in the Auto Parts industry, let alone working from home at this rate).  Sell $5,000 per week = $250 per week.  Sell $10,000 per week = $500 per week, etc. 2. You will then move to a $5 guarantee or 5% (whichever is greater) if your commission doesn't exceed hours worked (in other words, there is always a guaranteed salary).   Hours are:  Mon - Wed 9 am - 5pm (Wall Office) and Thu 9 am - 5pm (Home) We are NOT looking for Parts Pro's who know everything, but we are looking for people who want to "help" and enjoy talking to people around the United States.  You will be busy on the telephones 90% of your shift, so not good for stay at home moms with real small ones (under 2).  However, a few of our people are stay at home moms, with kids that are in grammar school.
