Ford Explorers made in 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 may use this strut and coil spring assembly from Monroe. This assembly comes from the Econo-Matic line of complete struts. Included with this assembly are the bearing plate, insulator, coil spring, and boot kit. Use this strut and coil spring assembly on the rear of the vehicle. A pair of these strut and coil spring assemblies should be ordered to replace both rear struts at the same time. This assembly may not be compatible with the suspension system of vehicles other than 2002 through 2005 Ford Explorers, and use on vehicles it has not been designed for use on is not recommended.
