This tailgate protector shields the top edge of your tailgate from the rocks and debris that can cause scratches, dents, chips and bruises. It is a custom fit application that uses double backed tape for easy installation. Dee Zee was among the first companies to offer factory controlled powder-coat protection to their aluminum products. Whether the coating is clear or black, the powder-coat finish prevents oxidation on the material and guarantees the ease of soap and water cleaning.
