FX Extruded Aluminum Running Boards from DeeZee are constructed of lightweight extruded aluminum that is polished to a shine and coated with an anti-corrosive powder coat. The extrusion process makes the most of aluminum's unique combination of physical characteristics. Its malleability allows it to be easily machined and cast. As aluminum is only one third the density and stiffness of steel, the resulting products offer strength and stability, These running boards feature rounded outside edges and molded plastic mud flaps that blend perfectly into the contours of your vehicle.. They are topped with cushioned step pads to provide secure footing when entering and exiting the vehicle. The package includes mud flaps, cushioned step pad with non-slip traction, protective end caps, and a rubber gasket that seals the F/X running boards to the truck rocker for a tight fit and sleek look.
