Delphi makes this fuel pump for use on 2003 Hummer H2 vehicles. The fuel pump needs to be the correct size to fit in the fuel tank. A fuel pump that does not work prevents the engine from getting fuel. The vehicle will respond as though the gas tank is empty, even if the tank is full. When replacing the fuel pump, it is critical to disconnect the battery and use extreme caution since the fuel tank and gas inside will be exposed. Use of the fuel pump is recommended on Hummer H2 vehicles made in 2003. It may not be compatible with other makes, models, or years.
