Product Description

This Airtex Fuel Pump will fit Ford Tauruses of model years 1999. Fuel Pumps are installed inside the fuel reservoir; because liquid fuel is not combustible, this is the optimal area for installation. Because electronic injection systems have largely supplanted outdated fuel delivery systems, current Fuel Pumps must feed fuel under pressure; they are therefore electronic. Ford Tauruses from '99 are compatible with this part. Other makes and models may not be compatible, and this part is not intended to be installed in those models.
