Product Description

This new 1978-1989 Porsche 911 Ignition Control Unit installs in SC and Turbo Carrera sub-models and also in cars with a 3.3 liter H6 engine type. The device controls the ignition timing so the spark plugs fire in the correct sequence and when the crankshaft and cylinder are in the exactly right position. It can be used to replace ignition coils in the case an originally installed unit is being removed. The ignition control unit is manufactured by Perma-Tune Electronics, a manufacturer of automotive ignition system components.
