Behr makes this fan clutch for use on Mercedes ML320s made between 1998 and 2003. Mercedes ML320s have a fan clutch that is centered in the fan's hub. It is driven by the engine of the vehicle. Replacing a faulty fan clutch may restore the power lost in the radiator fan. A worn fan clutch may prevent the radiator fan from cooling the engine. This fan clutch should be used on 1998 through 2003 Mercedes ML320 vehicles, but it may not be compatible with other types of vehicles, because the fan clutch type is often dictated by whether a vehicle is front, rear, or all wheel drive.
